    1. This is a hard review to write because I really wanted to fall in love with this book when I won it on a first reads giveaway.But it fell short for me. Too many of the poems read like "tweets" - just a quick observation but nothing more. No line that made me catch my breath. No moment of surprise. No moment of enlightenment or recognition. All of the reasons I love Haiku. Each poem was a moment, yes, but most of the poems lacked any jewel found there.Except, two or three times I felt my breath c [...]
