    1. Great book for those who are diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and looking for alternative ways to combat the disease. Dr. Swank developed an easy to follow low-fat diet and has given very clear and concise rules on how to follow it. The diet also gives hope in the results of Dr. Swank's studies over a course of 50 years. A nice addition to the book is the list of recipes that are given.I follow this diet and have found this book to be a lifesaver.

    2. If you have MS I recommend reading this book. I followed the Swank diet for two years and saw improvement and it didn't hurt that I lost a bunch of weight.
