    2. I'm embarrassed that I spent money on this book. Poorly written and unfocused, Stim seems to be unclear as to whether he is writing a book about weird law or the tired topic of competition in top law schools. That said, the chapter about Barbie trademark infringement was mildly entertaining.

    3. This was a collection of factoids, lists, etc. about the legal profession. A book you could pick up and read here and there. Interesting, amusing.
