    1. Lyth, dragon shifter, prefers to stay firmly ensconced in the human world. However, his dragon is pushing to the surface since meeting Juno. Both Lyth’s human and dragon sides want him, and Lyth is desperately trying not to mate him, terrified of the possible consequences of pregnancy on a human, including losing Juno. Juno is thrilled with the man he picked up (even though he has never been into guys) Lyth makes him feel things he has never felt before but soon Juno starts feeling sick and ha [...]

    2. Confusing and choppyThis book was pretty clearly written using a speech to text app and then never edited. There were several points in the book that I had to stop and sound out what was written to figure out what was supposed to be conveyed. The pacing throughout the book was horrible, but especially before Jura was born; it read more like an endless series of poorly connected bullet points than as a narrative. There was also nearly no world-building so that it wasn't until the end of the book [...]

    3. I loved the suspense and drama. Lyth, a dragon, and Juno, a human fall in love. Juno gets pregnant, and unbeknownst to the lovers, they are fulfilling an ancient prophecy. Because of the prophecy, they have been targeted. Attempts are made to kill the baby and Juno, but they have love and help on their side. The absolute love Lyth and Juno have for each other is amazing. You c an't help but root for good over evil, love over hate.

    4. Great story with an interesting idea of a man birthing an actual dragon. The prophecy gave it a lot more suspense. I like how Lyth became a better man and was able to truly love someone.

    5. A battle for good foretoldI was given this as advanced read and as I have previously stated Wolf's writing continues to develop. The characters and world building slowly unfolds and you start to root for the main protagonists. Here we have a dragon, a human omega and a mpeg. So far all familiar. However, this is where the tale takes a twist as the coming together of Lyth and Junk has been foretold and will have an impact on many. Although, Lyth only wants a quiet life with his mate; once he weighs [...]

    6. Definitely NOT for me. SPOILER: I'm sorry to the author but the characters in this story are absolute idiots! I couldn't even finish this, and I tried! They made the worst decisions ever! Why in heavens name would he leave his deathly ill mate, that he is supposed to love more than anything, to fly away to some unknown mansion to sleep for the night? No way! And in the midst of ALL the dangerous drama, uncertainty and fear the two idiot fathers don't even have the baby with them once it's born f [...]

    7. This book.Admittedly, I received a free copy in exchange for review. But, ah.Aside from the minimal editorial issues of grammar, misspellings and confusion in sentence structureBurn has completely and irrevocably redeemed this author for me.Initially, I read stories about dragons so eloquently told by this author, only to become exceedingly disappointed with the wolf shapeshifter sets. Such stories were fairly decent to read, but lacked greatly when edited.Extremely disappointing.I would definite [...]

    8. Excellent!!!!!I was given this book for an honest review. Wolf Specter has done it again! The relationship between Lyth and Juno is truly breathtaking. Lyth and his brother Florian work so well together from protecting to fighting the enemy. I do hope this becomes a series. I would love to see Florian find his own mate and find the happiness books brother has found!!

    9. I really enjoyed this book, both Lyth (the dragon) And Juno (the human) are amazing characters. The book takes place between two worlds, the dragon world and the human world. It's a longer read than other Wolf Specter books, butI love the details, and this book had more details, although at times I wanted to rush it to see what happens next. A good read and a great ending.

    10. 3 starsWhile I enjoyed the story it really needs editing. I've read a lot of this authors books and look forward to when he publishes new books but this one seems a bit rushed and the editing in some places is really bad. I hope this is a one time thing because I really like thus author.

    11. I really loved this book. Read it in basically one sitting. Loved how Lyth and Junk met. It sucked when Juno was so sick, but Lyth was there for him. It was sad how bad things got for Juno and it was really nice how Lyths brother Florian was there to help keep them safe.I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

    12. I'm giving this four stars for his plot and action involved. All around it's a good story. I took one star away because he really needed to edit his work closer. It does deter the reader from the story unless you read the sentence as it should be.In my opinion, his latest work, that I have read, is much better written.

    13. DNFWTH!! I have read Wolf Specter and his shifter books are pretty good But this was a damn mess!! I can't believe it was written by the same author The timeline didn't make since The story was confusing as hell I got to 55% and literally couldn't take anymore So confused and dissatisfied!!

    14. Loved itI was given this book for a honest review, I really enjoyed this book. It was different from other dragon shifter books in good way the main MC fought the bond to try and save his mate. I hope that the story will continue with brother finding his mate.

    15. I didn't mind the plot, but the book was choppy. Was hoping for a Heat style book, this was not nearly as good
