    1. I was introduced to Miranda Esmonde-White by my 60 yr. old parents who were thrilled to use her strengthening and stretching programs that they had recorded off of PBS. They really do feel younger.Out of curiosity I checked out the book from my library, which gives the science behind Miranda's particular approach and includes pictures of the different exercises I would almost suggest skipping straight to whatever Essentrics or Classical Stretch DVDs you can get from your library to get right dow [...]
