    2. I was debating giving this book two or three stars. I liked what Rushika Tulshyan had to say, but I did not really gain new insight after reading this book. I pretty much called it after a couple of chapters. Yes, I do think it is important to have diversity in the workplace and of course more women in higher positions.     3. Tulshyan is an accomplished journalist. In this endeavor she looks past the things we know and say we value about diversity in the workplace and dives right into the business case for diversity. A quick read recommended for everyone in business and government.
