    1. An informative read but a challenging one. Will need to read it again to possibly get full benefit of information. Meanwhile it’s. Even packed in a box as we are moving. So will try to read again at a later date.

    2. This book had a lot of good information I wasn't previously aware of, like the link between alcohol consumption and break cancer. I'm taking away a star because there is so much information it's hard to know where to begin.

    3. If anyone is interested in energy, why they feel tired and find the normal answers around getting more sleep etc are not enough then this is the book for you. Dr Libby shows how not only sleep but hormones, digestion and many other biological processes impact on energy. Some of the topics are complex but are written in an accessible manner. 4. I've taken an interest in books on health and well-being lately and I figured this would be a good book to pick up. The book has quite a lot of information to take in so I took my time with this one. It has so many different sections on why someone can have low energy. I made notes on the ones that appeared important to me. I really enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more of Libby Weaver's books in the future.

    5. I loved this book. So many times in my life I would have labelled myself depressed, when over 90% of the time it would have been diet and/or stress.I recommend reading this book as it is full of information, too much to share here.

    6. I really enjoyed this book, as well as the heap of research/scientific information available. I have jotted down many things to try out. Sometimes I did feel as if it were advertising her other books a little too much! I am keen to read Rushing Woman's Syndrome.

    7. Complex bio-chemistry principles explained in a way that they can be easily understood. It made a lot of sense to me and I intend to follow the advice presented.

    8. Nothing new for me here having read alot from Dr Libby. Found the teenage girls chapter really interesting though as it resonated with my own teenage years.
