    1. A powerful, and emotional story. My heart just broke for Stiles, and all that he is going through. I really liked Peter in this one. The author did a very good job balancing tenderness with manipulation, and caring with self interest. He's not necessarily a good person, but that doesn't make him a villain either. Part of me wondered exactly how much Peter was lying to himself though as well. If he had trouble letting himself care. No sex, but sex wouldn't have worked with Peter's plan for Stiles [...]

    2. Read this a while ago. I found the stuff about Stiles' touch issues confusing, but this author writes my favorite version of Peter Hale--so close to evil, but holds back that all-important smidge that would make him irredeemable.

    3. I really liked this one even though it is a bit maudlin. Not my usual fare.Stiles is struggling with a smorgasbord of diagnoses, primarily PTSD, and holding it together with duct tape and twine. Everyone notices a change but chooses to believe the fa├žade.Except Peter.Peter's recently returned from the dead and immediately notices the change in him. He does Stiles a solid before he lets the world know he's not as dead as he once was.Sociopathic with a heart Peter is my favorite. He's careful wit [...]

    4. Re-read - SteterThis is a really good one; Peter is all manipulation and self-interest, or maybe he actually cares but wont admit it. Stiles is broken and everyone else remains oblivious. I'd have liked to know a little more about what was going on with him but the tone is perfect, he comes across both as both achingly fragile and resilient. It's fairly sombre but a great read.

    5. 2.5 stars This was almost really good, but it was just too long and meandering. The first chapter and a half slooooooowly dissects Stiles's dissociation and PTSD, which was interesting, but often confusing. I get him not liking to be touched after the Gerard incident, and having Peter be his safe haven was nice. But then he did want to be touched by the pack because he was touch starved? But then he didn't like the crowded hallways because too many people touched him? It was just a bit unfocused [...]

    6. 2.5 I usually rate for enjoyment and not writing style but this time I'll bump up my rating (enjoyment 2 ok stars) to 3 stars based on the writing and that this was a fan fic.Reasons for not loving this? Personal dislike of broken!Stiles tropeI don't like broken Stiles usually, post Nogatsune focused reads (which this was not) rarely leave me feeling happy unless the author does a turn around. This kinda contradicts my thoughts that Stiles would need something horrific to make him turn to Peter [...]
