    1. 5 Words: Love, family, friendship, summer, holidays.I kinda knew what I was getting into with this, but I still found that I was pretty disappointed. This could really do with some polishing up. The story doesn't flow too well, it jumps around, so much is crammed into it. It needs to be a wee bit longer. And I was very distracted by the main character saying "mom". She wasn't American, she was British. It's "mam" or "mum". That was me straight out of the story and rolling my eyes, it was a hard p [...]

    2. Italian ParadiseThis story was beautifully written. The descriptions of the food and scenery were vivid. I loved Maia and how she tried to get all her guests to see the beauty in everyday life and to appreciate all they had and all they were. Looking forward to the next book.

    3. Rated 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars . First paragraph has 43 words with no punctuation. I assumed it could only get better but it didn't. Weak story, very little in the way of mention of Sorrento other than that is where the 'story' is set. No character development so the reader cannot warm to the characters at all. 'Show, don't tell', this kindle tale is quite the opposite. The reader is 'told' everything, nothing to drive the story forward and engage the reader.

    4. ItalyWhat a wonderful story! It gives the reader for hopes with life. The getaway to this incredible place and the characters made it exciting! I felt I was there in Sorento experiencing the beauty and serenitywell written!

    5. Romance in Italy!!!I enjoyed this short trip to Italy. I imagined being there in the moment. It was an enjoyable trip! Holly Greene has an amazing ability to create the setting and draw you into this new adventure.

    6. a good read - well written, enough depth to the characters to want to learn more about them (hello follow on books!) without having the plot overwhelmed. really enjoyable in its simplicity.

    7. A pleasant short read, fairly twee to be honest but I did enjoy it. The descriptions of Italy were great and I look forward to reading more by this author.
