    1. Rating 3.5 rounded up to 4This is book 3 of 3, and I hadn't read the first two, but it didn't hinder the plot any. There was very little said about the other two brothers, and they lived in a different city than Jonah, the hero of this one, and the oldest brother. Jonah, age 28 in this book, basically raised his brothers from a very very young age, maybe unbelievably so, but there is the background, probably known in much more detail if I had read the first two books. He supported them as a pot [...]

    2. Travis he amused me so much in this book, his unconventional ways and nervousness was entertainment, "job. Right. She worked for me, which was why I wasn’t supposed to say , “Will you go out with me? That’s why I called." When his girl's kid hollars those two move so fast, "Mommeeee.” Rianna’s head snapped up as she dropped me like a hot potato. I grabbed my cock and jammed it undercover, then sat and searched for my discarded undershirt." Travis he's new to this dating thing and it's [...]

    3. Serious and closed off Jonah gets a book. He meets Rianna at a strip club - she's making ends meet so she can support herself and her 3 1/2 year old son Travis and she's struggling. Jonah, awkward with women and only ever having paid for sex offers Rianna money for sex. She's so desperate that at first she agrees, but changes her mind. But Jonah doesn't just drop out of her life. He's there for every little turn offering her support while trying to save her pride. He can't understand why he's so [...]

    4. Jonah Had basically raised his brothers from a young age. Jonah grew pot to support the family , his father had taught him that way to make money. Jonah is trying to go into a legal business and sell his land and pot.he is in a strip club on a business meeting where is to sell his pot business to Sam race. when he sees Rianne for the first time dancing. Rianne was a single mom raising her son Travis and with little education this job paid the best to help Rianne to pay the bills. When Jonah saw [...]

    5. World Building: This story was set in Sawville, Kentucky. A little off the beaten path town that no one really moves to unless they kind of have to. A lot of the story took place at Rianna’s trailer and Jonah’s house out in the middle of nowhere. The town was sort of backwoods and a place where everyone knows everyone’s business. Towards the end of the story though, the setting changed to Lexington, Kentucky for a few of the ending chapters. Characters: Oh man I loved these characters! Eac [...]

    6. I received this as an ARC and I couldnt put it down!Rianna Cutter has little education and the only way to provide for her son and keep food on the table is to go to another place in her mind and pretend she’s alone to strip. One night changes everything when she meets a customer’s gaze she feels like her really sees her. She cannot be mixed up with anyone she needs to take care of her son and not worry about hooking up with anyone. However, that man does something to her.Jonah Wyatt decides [...]

    7. *Gifted from Netgalley for an honest review* 4 StarsWhat a little bit of different this was. I understand it isn’t the first in the series but can most definitely be read as a standalone, I didn’t feel I was missing anything by not having read the others. However I would be interested in going back and reading them. The addition of a child in any story normally brings about a lightness to the story and characters and little Travis in this is no exception. There are some very special moments i [...]

    8. ARC received via NetGalleyBook 3 of 3 and what an ending this book is to a fantastic series! Though, the detail and look back in this book is written well enough that you don't have to read the other 2 to understand what is going on. It helps if you did read the others and the c.o.d in me cries a little at the people who haven't and have just read the last lolBoth characters are very mature for their age, and it's refreshing rather than have them play young & rash. They could have been a lit [...]

    9. I loved the ideas in this book, and it was an easy, quick read. There were lots of great moments of humor, and the ending made me happy. I don't feel, however, like I ever really got to connect with the characters. I liked the story, but they never felt real to me. I would have liked to see more chances to really connect with the characters and become immersed in their story and struggles.I also often felt like the love scenes were awkward. There were occasional crude anatomical terms thrown in [...]

    10. Rianna is a single mother working as a dancer when she meets Jonah. He is the tall dark stranger that only wants to help but what does he want in return. Jonah is not an easy man he doesn't know passion as he did not have a great childhood. Can he accept a woman with a child in his life. He tries to keep Rianna away from his private life but it is really hard as she has wormed her way in. Jonah's dead father appears can the brothers forgive him or is he only after money. Can Rianna see a future [...]

    11. Jonah Wyatt isn't the man everyone thinks he is, and Rianna has more experience with that than anyone. He's cold, involved in illegal activity, and rich. He has no attachments, no emotions, and does what he wants. Until he wants to make some life changes and getting out of the criminal life and into a more legal venture brings him to a strip club where one brunette will change his life before he knows it. Rianna is doing everything she can to make a life for her and her son. Stripping isn't her [...]

    12. I received a copy of Guarded Passion for a honest review here goes I didn't read the first two books in the Wyatt Series but it didn't take away from Guarded Passion in any way. From the beginning Bonnie Dee's writing pulls you right in and you won't be able to put the book down till the last page like me.I can't wait to go back and read the first two books because the Wyatt brothers all deserve to get their H.E.A's. Guarded Passion is a must read and I can't wait for more by an incredibly talent [...]

    13. Rianna and Jonah didn't have the best introduction as she was dancing on stage and he was finishing up a drug deal and when he acosted her outside her job to go to a hotel wth him, she says yes but once she gets there - she isn't so sure anymore. She heads home to her son and tries to forget about Jonah - but that is easier said then done. Personally I thought the story line had a good premise, but I just couldn't relate to the characters. I was gifted a copy of this book from NetGalley for an [...]

    14. I really liked this story, about two people who come from dysfunction and poverty and who improve their lives, their relationships, and find love.

    15. Oh Jonah. Didn't expect him to be solost as to how to deal with women. That was a nice twist to who/what I expected Jonah Wyatt to be. Enjoyed this.
