    1. It was okay. I didn't really understand why or how straight men were willing to get frisky with Tommy, so easily. That's not realistic, but I guess it was some sort of 'animal magnetism'.It was good for what it was, but I don't think it's very believable, even for a shifter story. I would have liked a more cohesive story, rather than just Tommy finding random straight men to fulfil his needs.I don't think I'll be reading any more of the series.

    2. Some short stories, especially those which are the start of a series, use the opportunity to get you introduced in the main character and give a hint as to what might happen in future. Tommy Cat does that. However, what it doesn't do is make you care about either. Tommy doesn't change at all during the story; he's a flirt constantly searching for sex with (straight?) guys, a voyeur, and leaves quickly.
