    1. What A Girl Wants is book #2 in the Brookhollow series by Jennifer Snow. Bailey Sheppard is sort of like the girl I always wished I was. She is super competitive, good at every sport. She is an ace mechanic, has just purchased her uncle’s garage and drives a tow truck. She is also beautiful. All the guys at the fire station think of her as one of them, a buddy, a friend. There is one, though, that she wishes would notice her in a different way…Ethan. She has been in love with Ethan for as lo [...]

    2. Bailey Sheppard has been in love with Ethan Gibson for what seems like her whole life. Bailey first decided to make a move for Ethan and ask him to their junior prom but beautiful, spoiled, sassy Emily Parsons beat her to the punch. Bailey pushed down her feelings for Ethan and went on with the best friend relationship they had. Bailey is definitely a tomboy - big into sports, rides a motorcycle and owns her on garage. The problem with thate has always been seen as one of the guys instead of the [...]

    3. I LOVE this book! I literally could not put it down. I normally prefer romances with, well, more of an edge to them (namely bad words and steamy love scenes). This book had neither, but what it lacked in those areas was more than made up for in the emotions department.Bailey is the perfect heroine; she is feminine and yet has a skill set that crosses both genders, what with being a motorcycle-riding-MMA-teaching-car-mechanic. She isn't too "I don't need NO man" and she isn't too "makeup? What's [...]

    4. I liked this one, but the ending kind of ruined it for me. Bailey and Ethan have been friends since childhood. She’s always had a crush on him, but kept her distance because of his longtime girlfriend Emily. Now that Emily has left him she finally get her chance and doesn’t want to waste it. I liked Bailey, I had a little hard time relating to her since she is such a tomboy, but I still found her likable. I liked that the community really supports her and when she is in trouble all her frien [...]

    5. Ethan Bishop and Bailey Sheppard are best friends since grade school, but things have changed and Bailey realizes that she has fallen in love with Ethan.  Problem is Ethan's still pining away over his ex-girlfriend of ten years, Emily, who jilted him for a corporate executive she knew for less than a month; her wanderlust taking her to Miami to be with her new beau, Greg Harrison, and away from the small town of Brookhollow, N.J.  Ethan has always considered Bailey one of the guys, and she's n [...]

    6. Every woman knows that sometimes manly stuff is so much more fun and being a bit of a tomboy is never all that bad, but when the man you are hopelessly in love with sees you as just one of the guys and never as a woman , it's time to drop the boy toys, find a hot dress and make your womanhood known.Bailey is all game if it will get Ethan into her arms, but she needs to first get him to stop pining after his ex. And for that she will need more than hot dresses and makeup. This Harlequin Heartwarm [...]

    7. So, I wonder if my family would notice if I packed up and moved to Brookhollow?Let's seeI love this little town. There is something about a small town community where people know each other, actually interactn I miss that! I never did live in a small town but I remember a sense of community from a special neighborhood and so diving into small town romances brings those great memories back. Thank you, Brookhollow.Okay, so this time around, we've got Bailey and Ethan. Bailey is considered "One of [...]

    8. * * * obsessed by books arc given for an honest review * * * Ethan and Bailey have been best friends since they were kids, they know more about each other than themselves. Bailey has always held a torch for Ethan, but act on it, because at one time Ethan had a serious girlfriend Emily. Now since Emily left and broke Ethan's heart 6 Mos ago Baileys feelings are starting to get stronger, but she know she will never be looked at as nothing more than just one of the guys. When the opportunity comes [...]

    9. What a Girl wants Bailey has been in love with Ethan for a long time and he just recently broke up with Emily so she decides to go for it. Emily shows up and tries to tell she is having his baby but later finds out she is lying. Some parts of this book was and some parts not. Bailey inherited her uncle car repair shop, she is very good with repairing cars. I liked that Bailey had a different kind of job for a girl.

    10. I very much enjoyed reading What A Girl Wants. The text was so descriptive, most of the book I felt like I was watching a movie. Ms. Snow does a fabulous job of relaying the feeling and setting of the whole book. Bailey stole my heart right away, I think I was feeling a connection to her because I was in love with my best friend for a long time, too. Though my story ended a lot different than hers, it was wonderful to see how she navigated her career and love life as they intertwined.

    11. *received for an honest reviewmore info plus give away at booknerdloleotodoI really enjoyed this story. One I love small town romances and I loved these characters. Ethan and Bailey were a really cute couple. I was so happy for Bailey but there were moments when Ethan was very frustrating! Given he is heartbroken, but come on! I always love the friends first story and this one was no exception!

    12. HQN Heartwarming, 32, Feb 2014.Bailey is a mechanic (bought her Uncle's shop) in the small town of Brookhollow,NJ. She also: teaches self-defense weekly 2 women, rides motorcycle & cleans up in weekly poker games w/the guys. Ethan bugged me towards the end.

    13. Very rare when I enjoy a second book in a series more than the first. I love that the characters are real. Looking forward to the next one!

    14. This review was originally published onSo BookaliciousBailey always has been one of the boys, she grew up as a tomboy. She rather worked in her uncle’s auto shop than do girly things like other girls her age. It has never been a problem for Bailey hanging out with guys is so much more fun. There is way less drama and at least they understand her when she’s talking about cars. The only thing is that they see her only as one of the guys, not as a potential girlfriend. And all Bailey wants is f [...]

    15. First off I want to say I've read a few of Jennifer's books and loved every one of them but this one. While I didn't love it, I did enjoy it for the most part. Bailey and Ethan are great characters. Both stubborn yet loveable. I was so happy to see Luke ( my love) and Victoria make an appearance and I find all the characters are really likeable. With that being said it brings me to why I didn't love the book. Emily!!! I hated her with a passion. I actually had to step away from reading she annoy [...]

    16. I don't know how to rate this because, although I like Jennifer Snow's writing style, I really disliked the hero in this book. Ethan made terrible choice after terrible choice and because of that, I didn't buy into his feelings for Bailey and I certainly wanted a better HEA for her.
