    1. Great insight into the politics behind cricket. As a collection of articles it can be a little disjointed and not everyone will find it interesting, but an excellent read for any cricket tragic like myself

    2. A bit curmudgeonly (I really don't understand the reverence for the test match) yet highly informed and entertaining survey on the recent state of cricket, both in the grounds and behind the scenes.

    3. Haigh is one of the best and most knowledgeable cricket writers going around and while some of the columns here are a little dated, they're still worth reading - especially the longer pieces.
