    1. Posted at Outlaw ReviewsRyan doesn’t love Brooke the way he thought he should, so he ended their 3-year relationship. His boss, Paul, drags him out for a few beers in the hopes he will get laid. Even though Ryan meets an attractive woman named Drea, there is clearly no chemistry there. Nevertheless, he gives her a lift home and ends up spending the night on the couch while her cousin, Zach, is playing video games.Ryan and Zach spend time getting to know each other and playing games. Though Rya [...]

    2. LOVED IT! A sweet gay-for-you romance that's cute, quick, and free.“I’m not going to push you but I think you are lying to yourself.” It was a perfect read to take up an afternoon. This is not the first book in a series,no cliffhangerJust a sweet boy meets confused boy romance. With a few steamy moments mixed in.Some of my Favorite Moments:(view spoiler)[Ryan wasn’t as good at being subtle as he was at being dense. He might as well have just said, “Hey, buddy, do you want to bone me?” [...]

    3. **3.5 More Than I Expected Stars**A cute, quick readat was great but could have been better, had it been a longer book. I enjoyed the connection and interactions between the charactersd was left happy by the end.

    4. ***3 Stars***This was a sweet, quick read. Ryan's acceptance of his newly discovered attraction to Zach was a little too quick for my liking, but in the end the two were cute together. I wanted something quick, easy and a bit steamy and this did the trickeven if not completely believable.

    5. This one barely kept my interest for the full 80 pages. The story itself brought absolutely nothing new to the genre; the straight guy meets gay guy and suddenly realizes why his sex life has always been so lackluster / friends-to-lovers trope has been done to DEATH already (and by writers with far more skill and experience). The characters were cardboard cutouts. The plot was utterly predictable. The dialogue was slim and stilted. There was surprisingly little steam for two apparently horny guy [...]

    6. 3.4*Ryan is a 21 year old student that has just broken up with his longtime girlfriend Brooke. They had been a couple for four years but doing the long distance thing, pretty unsuccessfully for 3 of those years. The GF is also put down a bit in this story, which I actually prefer didn't happen. It's unnecessary, she doesn't have to have 'bad' qualities for the relationship to fail. He's not broken up about the break-up and when his ( sort of sleazy ) boss/friend takes him to a bar he meets Drea and [...]

    7. Second Read: June 27, 2016***Audiobook***Narrated by Narrated By Douglas Dale***As a standalone, I don't think this book did much for me, but this time around I'm going to listen to the whole series and hope it gets better :/First Read: April 14, 2014That was some serious GFY instalove! Ryan went from 100% heterosexual who had never even had thoughts about being with a man to bottoming like a porn star in a matter of days. I think I may have whiplash :)

    8. Though this has good narration by Douglas Dale, this Gay-For-You short story didn't feel like it was fully developed. One of the things that bothered me were rapid-fire POV changes that made it a little hard to follow along - even with the different character voices. If I moved my attention from the narration for even a couple of minutes I got lost and had to back-track.Bottom line: it's a quick listen that I think may have been better if it had been a bit longer. This review has been cross-posted [...]

    9. “I don’t mean to sound ignorant but I want to make sure I understand. Do you mean that I could go inside of you instead of you going inside of me?” He hated that he had to ask but this wasn’t something you went into without a clear understanding of what was about to happen.Yes. This. C.O.M.M.U.N.I.C.A.T.I.O.N. I love that Ms Grace's characters do this without it coming off like they all have Masters in Psychology by way of Oprah. Refreshing! A fun little book dealing with sexual identity [...]

    10. I didn't like this book for several reasons. Firstly, I found the writing style to be substandard. A huge number of paragraphs in the book starts with the name of the character directly followed by a verb.Zach walkedZach restedZach threwZach placedZach scootedZach sat up Also, there is far more telling than showing going on in the story. Actual lines of dialogue are few and far between. The POV frequently switches from one paragraph to the next, giving me whiplash trying to follow in which chara [...]

    11. Overall book rating: 3Audio Book: Douglas Dale - 3Book Cover: 4 (I love the Black and white and red – not the audio cover!)This was sweet. I enjoy a GFY every now and then. It’s not often you get them done really well though and that makes a difference. This wasn’t half bad though. Way to fast maybe in my opinion but still good. It’s too short for much more anyhow. Though when I figured out that book two is also about these boys I have to say I wondered why it had to have a rushed feel i [...]

    12. 3 starsA far fetched gay for you novella that is in definite need of some editing and attention. Can't complain too much for free though.-----------------------------------------------------------Free on 3.17.13

    13. Sweet short about a guy figuring out that he's gay. One of my pet peeves is anal sex without lube, and that happened. Zach's patience and attention to Ryan's feelings was sweet. This short shows promise for Aria Grace's future in M/M fiction.

    14. A decent, steamy m/m read, with a fair amount of depth given the page count.Left me wanting more from these characters which was a good sign.

    15. 3.5 stars - I also read Aria Grace's short story, His Undoing and I would say that this piece here reads more "gay for you" than her other piece. I think this is because in this story, both the physical and emotional aspects of the relationship occur in a very short time span, whereas with His Undoing the emotional aspect of their relationship was built over time and it was more of a friends-to-lovers story. Just an observation. So overall, I thought this story was alright I found it a bit odd w [...]

    16. Looking back I discovered that I actually downloaded this book back in 2013 but I've just read it now as part of the 'To See About A Guy' collection.Ryan's four year relationship with Brooke is finally over, he was never fully committed to it but now four weeks later he's struggling, he's forgotten how to be single after all they'd been together since they were both seniors at Jefferson High.Ryan's boss Paul drags him out for the night and they hook up with two women but Ryan's not really feelin [...]

    17. What a wonderfully sweet story! Poor sweet, lost Ryan thankfully had the good luck to meet Zach who was just so kind and caring. He couldn't have asked for a better person in helping him figure out all of his confusing feelings. My complaints that took away a star were the fact that we had a scene with no lube, a scene where more than one finger should have been used and no mention of his prostate. ~sigh~ I for one think that we need a sequel for these two. I would love to see Ryan learn more an [...]

    18. This was a nice, sweet gay-for -you short story. The characters were enjoyable though Ryan made me iffy at times with his ignorant-like comments. But he admitted his cluelessness. The first time he and Zach had sex was slightly more believable than their second time. All in all, it was a good read. I'd read more from this author.

    19. Quick read, very hot, and not too forced. I wouldn't mind taking Zack with me home, but I think I lack the parts for him to enjoy it ;) I'll rec it :)

    20. once again another great book! this has been a great weekend for me with books that is of course because all of them have been Aria Grace books!this book is about a guy named Ryan who broke up with his high school girlfriend. she went off to college and she was to "needy" in there long distant relationship so they broke up. thus, putting Ryan in this little funk. Ryan didn't knew what he wanted. if he wanted to contiue being singe, or having a one night stand, or nothing at all work his friend p [...]

    21. Naja, what can I say? I'm a little disappointed. The first 30-40% was so promising, I LOVE absolutely love reading from the perspective of a guy that becomes friends with the other guy and then feeling their relationship as the lines between friendship blur into something else. This story started out that way, perhaps the scenes could have been more in Ryan's "voice" but still the story held me . . .Until it suddenly jumps to the sex without any real growth and development of character, at first [...]

    22. Ryan had just broken up with his long term girlfriend when his friend Paul, decides that all Ryan needs is a hookup to get him out of his funk. When he met Drea and goes home with her, he hoped she might be the one but soon he realizes that there is no chemistry between them. Ryan becomes confused and terrified when he finds himself thinking about Zach, Drea’s gay cousin. Ryan wasn't gay but he wanted to be with Zach. How could it possibly work?I have never read a book solely with M/M before. [...]

    23. More than Friends by Aria Grace Rating★ ★ ★ ★ ★I recieved a copy of this book from the author in exchange for my honest review.Summary Tired of moping around after the breakup of his long term girlfriend, Ryan knew he needed a hookup to get him out of his funk. When he met Drea, he hoped she might be the one. But when he felt more chemistry with her gay cousin Zach, Ryan felt more confused and terrified than he had in his life. He wasn't gay but he wanted to be with Zach. How could it [...]

    24. I thought this m/m contemporary had some definite potential, but it never really captured my attention. I didn't think the characters were given enough development for me to care what happened to them and I thought Ryan's sexuality shift happened too quickly. I understand that it is a novella, but I would have liked to have seen more to it. Also, there were some editing problems like unrealistic dialogue and abrupt changes in points of view.Bought for free through on June 30, 2013 and read for [...]
