    1. This is the first work published by Robot Paper, a new publishing banner. Henchman, vol. 1, was a funded Kickstarter project.Henchmen is about Gary, a guy who loses his job and his wife on the same day. Not sure where to go after this, he answers an ad in the paper. Turns out it is to be one of nine henchmen for Headpin, an evil villain. Seems okay, but the problem is Gary isn't your normal henchman. He thinks.     2. As a quick note, I read the full graphic novel just released last year, not just the first issue released in 2013. But the full book isn't on here, so. . . .This was a great read. It embraces the premise, turning it from a joke into a genuinely touching story of a man doing what he has to do for his kid. He screws up a lot, but his heart is truly in the right place, and he does avoid doing anything really bad. And he even makes an effort to help the rest of the henching community.     3. Superheores and villains clash with the world of economics and politics in this witty and intelligent graphic novel. I am not a female but I thought this was a bit misogynist.
