    1. I'm ambivalent about this series. I like it, very readable, interesting characters, good storyline and a rather interesting 'take' on a post apocalyptic civilization.My big objection to the first book was that it was a cliffhanger, which I hate with a passion. This is an 'novelette' that takes that story on and does leave the reader at a more reasonable stopping place.
