    1. Katie (age 22), thinks that her friend and boss, Wade (at 30) really should settle down, so decides to fix him up with a few dates. Wade is perfectly happy to be single, because he’s in love with Katie… but she’s so much younger, he’s her boss and he even lectures her college classes sometimes. A relationship isn’t an option. This had the potential to be a nice friends-to-lovers plot (well, lovers in the Victorian sense, given that this is a Christian novel).Unfortunately, Falling in L [...]

    2. This was initially pretty cute and had a lot of potential. But the end was just too rushed, unbelievable in a little-too-easily-resolved kinda way, and oh so cheesy. 2.5 stars

    3. Katie Morgan has her goals set. Go to school to become a veterinarian, she could not fall in love and become distracted. However she realizes that her boss Wade McAlester is a really great guy, and she decides he needs to find a girl and get married. What Katie does not realize is that Wade has already found a girl, nor does Katie realize who it is. Wade McAlester is the local veterinarian that Katie works for, and he has fallen in love with Katie, but is afraid he will scare her off, since she [...]

    4. Wade is in his thirties, a gifted veterinarian and single. Katie, his younger assistant and friend, can’t seem to figure out why he hasn’t found the love of his life yet.Katie’s obsession with finding Wade the right woman and his obsession with her collide in a very predictable, but deliciously romantic story line. The tug of war over friendship boundaries and mounting romantic desires send Wade to prayer again and again.Tension? Oh my goodness! The romantic tension between the characters i [...]

    5. I enjoyed Falling in Love. It's a fairly short novella with endearing characters. The storyline involves a couple who work together. While he knows he is in love with Katie, she just sees him as a friend and her boss. After she attempts to set him up and a couple of dates, she realizes that her feelings are of a romantic nature. This is an excellent inspirational romance with a gently growing love story. There are definitely references to their Christian faith, but they do not come across as pre [...]

    6. If you're a fan of Jane Austin's Emma, and would love to get more into Knightly's head - this book is for you. Swoon-worthy Wade is the perfect modern example of Mr. Knightly and he captures the heart from page one. Kate on the other hand is totally clueless, and like Emma, continuously fails at her match-making skills. There were times where I really could have smacked her in the head. Overall a fun read and a sweet romance.

    7. Katie wants to be a Vet. More then anything so she has major tunnel vision. So much so that she has no idea that her boss & mentor Wade is madly in love with her. She just wants to finish school and meet her goals. Knowing this & not wanting to spooky her Wade goes along with her plan. Until one day he just can't. Does she see it? Feel it? Return it?The love he so much wants to give & get? You so enjoy I am sure & the excerpt for the next book looks good too.

    8. I just love how the heroine tries to play match-maker with her Veterinarian boss. She wants to please him no matter what, but what she doesn't know is that he likes her. Wanting to stay a professional means no office romance in the stalls, so he hides his feelings. How long can he do this without giving in? Buy the book and see.

    9. A love story apt for telling to young adults in Sunday school. A simple, straight-to-the-point, quick read that will appeal to romantic readers who wants something wholesome. This is the first in a series of two romantic Christian novellas, and I am just encouraged to read the next one.

    10. A love story that I can relate to. Simple and realistic, depicting the journey towards love that will last for a lifetime.

    11. I loved this book,it was really sweet and adorable.Watching the romance kinda grow and hoping that the person will eventually see you as more than a friend.Worth a read.

    12. It was okShort and sweetKatie was a bit naive which made me cringe, but Wade was a man after God's heart, really trying to stay true to his Christian faith and values he was wonderful

    13. Title: FALLING IN LOVEAuthor: Susette WilliamsPublisher: SelfAugust 2012ASIN: B0094ONQXQGenre: Contemporary romanceKatie Morgan has her future planned. It doesn’t include becoming serious about anyone before she achieves her goals, not even her handsome boss. Just because she does not have time to date, doesn’t mean her boss shouldn’t. 14. This a Christian based book and clean as one would expect. So, I found the idea of four separate stories connected by a season theme intriguing. It reminded me of one of my all time favorite series, The wallflower series by Lisa Kleypas, if you've never read don't wait. Back to the present book I absolutely loved reading the couple. Katie was so clueless to the way Wade felt about her and the poor man had it bad. OMG, than to make it worse she tries to fix him up with her friends and I had to la [...]

    15. Back to the feel-good 'Inspirational', but this time a novelette and it was an epic 'MEH' read, I must say. She's his veterinarian assistant. He's loved her for three years, and the idiot NEVER noticed it, even though he sits by her in church, tutors her in her med classes, takes her for dinner, brings her coffee, hangs out at her house, is constantly touching her ((?!?!?!))So she decides she's going to set him up with friends, because he's obviously single and needs a woman. And the author then [...]

    16. I think I would have enjoyed this story more if I could have figured out WHY the guy was in love with the heroine. She’s fairly annoying from the beginning and proceeds to set him up with her friends, a word she’s using loosely as she doesn’t know anything about either woman. Then both main characters appear cold when they share a laugh over the woman who is fearful of men. It doesn’t occur to either of them that those fears might stem from at attack or abuse, which should not be remotel [...]

    17. --I was given this audiobook in exchange for an honest review. This is the perfect afternoon listen. Suzette Williams has a wonderful knack for being able to write novellas with well developed characters with substance and good storylines. So many times the shorts end up leaving you wanting to know your people better, this book does not make you feel that way. Katy, a student works for the local vet, Wade. He is older, and she thinks he should be dating and thinking about marriage. Wade is busy t [...]

    18. I love novellas. I hate novellas.Just when you're getting into the swing of the characters and learning their names, BAM, the story's finished. But, you don't have to muck about with frivolous details that really only take up space within the story. This first venture into the "Seasons of the Heart" series asks for some leaps of faith, but since it's a novella, I tend to go with the author a bit more than I normally would.Wade is a veterinarian. Katie is an intern in her office. (No, there isn't [...]

    19. I was given this audio book in exchange for an honest review. For the first part of this book I was probably leaning more towards three stars. The story just seemed simple or aimed toward teenagers. As it went on, however, I was more drawn into the story and the characters and relationships seemed more mature and more layered. This is the story of a young college aged woman, Katie. She works for Wade, an older veterinarian. Normally, you would think the younger girl would fall for the older, han [...]

    20. I usually avoid novellas, in general I feel like there isn't enough time to truly developed the story and its characters. But I came across a free download for this book so I thought I'd give it a try. I thought the omniscient pov was distracting. It changed back and forth several times within each chapter always making me wonder whose head I was in. Overall, it was just too cheesy. And the whole dinner date at the end felt like a nightmare to me. If a guy did that to me I would be mad. But then [...]

    21. This is a cute and conservative story about people figuring out they have a crush on each other and are falling in love. Think abbreviated church version of Nicholas Sparks with little to no conflict. It would be a good love story to recommend to a conservative or even to a younger audience since it is very family friendly. **This audio book was provided by the author, narrator, or publisher at no cost in exchange for an unbiased review**

    22. I had the honor to review this wonderful book for the author. Katie is determined not to date until she finishes school. Working with Wade and studying with him she realized she is falling in love with him. Watching their relationship change is beautiful. You can feel God working throughout this whole book.

    23. I loved reading about Katie and Wade. Katie had a good relationship with Wade as her boss and friend but that was it. I loved seeing her make that realization that there might be something more. I felt sorry for Wade while he waited for her but it was worth it in the end. I would recommend this book.

    24. Pretty cute story, but really cheesy. Being one who likes cheesy, fluffy novels, even this was a bit too much for me. The plot was predictable, but the story of Wade and Katie was sweet. It was also clean. I'm actually more interested in reading the sequel to this book, Winter Chill, which tells the story of Katie's friend, Sasha.

    25. Very romantic short story. The vet and the girl who works for him have feelings for each other. She wants to get through school before she is sidetracked by dating and love. He is more than happy to hang out with her and even help her study. The problem comes when she decides he needs a wife.Fun, clean story.

    26. "This audiobook was provided by the author, narrator, or publisher at no cost in exchange for an unbiased review courtesy of Audiobook Blast."A sweet yet naive storyline where two people can't find 4heir way to each other. It was quick and clean. The narration was well done,

    27. This was a short and cute read. Katie was so focused on finishing her degree that she couldn't see what everyone else did when Wade looked at her. She finally opened her eyes once he went out with someone that she didn't pick out for him.
