    2. I really enjoyed this as it must be one of the best 'self-help' audios I've every come across. What I particularly liked about it is that it is very do-able.     4. I'll start with a disclaimer. I didn't finish the book so I think I am only barely falling into the category of having read this book. That was said to be fair. Now for my bitchy comments. This book has the dubious distinction of being the first book I returned to Audible. yes it WAS that bad.     5. This book was sent to me by B&B Media for me to read and give my honest review.I have been reading " self help" books for years. I own at least 70 between health, marriage and weight/diet/exercise. So I am well read on the subject. While Mr. Nance has some valid points and good information in the last part of the book, the first 100 or so pages were very confusing and almost torture to get through.
