    3. Blinded by the Sun is definitely a novel for a niche audience, one that enjoys the accounts of a musician's downard spiral into a world full of sex, drugs, and rock and roll. Yes, this is a recurring theme in the genre.This novel doesn't do anything new for a story about a band, but it is fairly competent.
