    1. You need to have an open mind to read Light Weaver. Just sit back and enjoy the story. anotherlookbookreviewsspoLight Weaver is so far removed from my everyday reading that I am having a difficult time rating it or even how to review it. I am always open to new types of novels and genres so I really wanted to give Light Weaver a try. I was especially swayed to reading it after listening to the book trailer. I was mesmerized by the swoon worthy voice of Allan Scott-Douglas and his narrative of "T [...]

    2. I received a copy of this book from the author in return for an honest review. This was an intriguing and beguiling read! I really enjoyed it!Tom Philips is a fantastic character! He's studious and logical. I liked him very much. When he meets Cali, his eyes are opened to a whole new world.Cali Silverthorn is also a wonderful character. She is completely opposite to Tom. She is very instinctual and spiritual. She is a holistic healer. I liked her carefree attitude, but it hides an even bigger sec [...]

    3. It isn't easy to describe the genre of this book. The story is woven around the relationship between healer, Cali Silverthorn, and mobile librarian, Tom Philips - but with the added twist of strange and perhaps magical phenomena. Cali can travel to other realities and there is the chance that one day she will travel and not be able to return, which creates a problem for her growing relationship with Tom. But the idea isn't completely fantastical. Well regarded scientists, such as Professor Brian [...]

    4. I thought this book was fantastic! It was a mixture of Science Fiction, Paranormal and a Romance story and it was all rolled into one beautifully. This was one of those e-books that I had a hard time shutting off my Kindle app when I got tired at night, I just had to read one more page. I liked it also because there were not a lot of characters to keep track of and they were well thought out beforehand. I really liked the two main characters, Tom and Cali, to me Tom seemed to be such a disbeliev [...]

    5. I absolutely loved this book! Ms. Strange has a magical way with words. Her descriptive talents shone through this delightful read. The story flowed and I could relate to so many of the characters. Snippets of history, myth and spiritual facts were threaded through the plot, and not one overpowered the story. The author is knowledgeable about the countryside and Mother Earth. The story was different. The romance was gentle and touching. If you enjoy fantasy, romance or a little sci-fi, then you w [...]

    6. This is a beautifully-told story, and the author should be applauded for her ability to describe nature and interweave a tale of magic and mysticism. I could almost believe that I was there with the characters, sharing their journey. The atmosphere was strange, amazing, almost tangible. This book seemed to come to me at a particularly appropriate time in my life, almost by magic, and I intend to read it again.
