    1. While I haven't read the whole thing (I made it to page 684 of volume II, page 1,612 overall) what I have read has been clear and helpful. It has been formative for my understanding of theology, especially the sections "The Covenant of God" and "The Promise and Work of the Holy Spirit" in volume I. While I have decided to not read the whole thing cover to cover, I will certainly continue to use this set as an important reference in future studies.
