    1. This is the 3rd book I've read by Pete Egoscue and unfortunately it's nowhere near as good as his first couple books. He makes some very interesting points about the mind-body connection but it just wasn't as engaging a read. It tackles more of the mental and emotional side of recovery/posture. He offers a specific menu for each of the mindsets that holds people back from recovery through egoscue: fact collectors, skeptics, and pessimists.     3. I swear by the Egoscue Method. I discovered it in the mid-90's when I suffered recurrent sciatica, compressed and bulging discs, and pain so bad it put me on the sofa for weeks at a time. The simple e-cises (simple postures and precise small movements) relieved my pain in a matter of days and I have never been on the sofa with back pain since. More recently I have been exploring Egoscue through their clinics and on-line work to remedy my shoulder, ankle, and hip pain which is responding nicely.I [...]
