    1. I’ve been excited about this book for a while — as both an eco-geek and a crafter, I love upcycling trash into treasures. I’ve seen a lot of craft books for kids that encourage recycling — MAKE for example, is a favorite — but never one geared toward teens.     2. This was a library book chosen online. Probably wouldn't have chosen it in person. definitely for kids. Preteen I'd say.Requires a certain level of skill and tools but the creativity level is pretty basic.
