    1. I came across this book because Ed Boullianne is a fellow public speaker. I read the book because like most voracious readers, I need to lose a little weight. The book summarizes all the best advice currently available on food, dieting, and exercise, and it gives you a new perspective on why you may be, ahem, a little too pudgy, which is quite thought-provoking. Highly recommended for the waistline-challenged.

    2. excellent look at weightloss. I am still working my way through the book, but have already lost 6 pounds June 8, 9 pounds lost.
